Official Game Rules
Pee Wee Ages 5-6
1. Games are five innings or 1 hour.
2. Six Batters or three outs, whichever comes first
3. All batters hit off the tee
4. No strike outs
5. Coaches will also be umpires
6. Defensive coach will be catcher when play at the plate
7. Players will use a softer ball
8. Runners will stop at base on a overthrow
9. Runners may keep running if hit ball is out in the out field. When ball gets to the clay runners will stop
10. Please remember we are here for the kids, we do keep score but do not let the “ win syndrome” get the
best of us.
7U and 8U Coach Pitch Rookies
- Game is 6 innings
- Team may score a maximum of 5 runs per inning
- Last inning is open inning. Must get three outs
- Run Rule is 15 runs after 4 or 10 runs after 5 complete innings
- Time Limit is 1 hour and 30 min.
- Players on the field are 11 (6 infielders and 5 outfielders)
- You can start a game with 8 players
- All players on the bench will bat
- If a player shows up late he must go at end of lineup
- Free substitution but have to keep same batting order.
- No bunting.
- No head first slides at any base.
- Infield players must hold up the ball in fair territory on the clay in order for time to be out.
- Batter shall receive 5 pitches or 3 strikes . If the fifth pitch is fouled off the batter is still up.
- Once a team bats around the batting order or 3 outs or 5 runs the inning is over.
- If player does not slide and makes contact with catcher at a play at the plate he/she is out
- Games are scored a tie if the score is tied at the end of the prescribed number of innings or time limit. One additional inning may be played at umpire's discretion. Each team will receive a half game won and a half game loss.
- Games are official after 3 complete innings.
- Must have a catcher during games
- ONLY THE MANAGER WILL DISCUSS ISSUES WITH UMPIRE.
9U to 10U Kids Pitch Minors
- Game is 6 innings in length.
- Team may score a maximum of 4 runs per inning up thru 3rd inning. After 3rd, remaining innings are open
- Players CAN NOT TAKE LEADS. MAY STEAL 2ND AND 3RD WHEN BALL CROSSES HOME PLATE.
- When runners are stealing 2B and the ball is overthrown to the out field, runners may advance as far as they want at their own risk. Furthermore, if a ball is thrown past the pitcher, or thrown to 3rd runner on 3rd base and all runners may advance at their own risk.
- No dropped third Strike
- Runner on 3rd base can only score on a force walk (basesloaded) , a hit, catcher overthrows pitcher or throws to 3b
- Run rule is 12 after 3 innings or 10 after 4 complete innings
- Time limit is 1 hour and 30 min.
- New Inning can start if their is 1 minute left on time clock.
- Games are official after 3 complete innings.
- 10 players on the field
- A team can start a game with 8 players
- All players on the bench bat.
- A pinch runner may be used for the catcher when there are two outs. Must use last out of the inning.
- Metal cleats are not permitted
- No head first slides at home.
- NO SUICIDE SQUEEZE PLAYS.
- No Slashing
- Catcher must wear a fully protected helmet.
- Games are scored a tie if the score is tied at the end of the prescribed number of innings or time limit. One additional inning may be played at umpire's discretion. Each team will receive a half game won and a half game loss.
- If player makes contact with catcher at a play at the plate he or she is out.
- If a pitcher hits three batters in one inning he/she has to removed.
- Once a pitcher is removed from pitching, he may not come back to pitch.
11U to 13U Kids Pitch Majors
- Game is 6 innings in length.
- Players can take leads and steal 2nd and 3rd
- Balks will be called
- Dropped third Strike
- Run rule is 15 after 3 innings or 10 after 4 complete innings
- Time limit is 1 hour and 45 min.
- New Inning can only start if 15 minutes are left on time clock.
- Games are official after 3 complete innings.
- 9 players on the field
- A team can start a game with 8 players
- All players on the bench can bat.
- A pinch runner may be used for the catcher when there are two outs. Must use last out of the inning.
- Metal cleats are not permitted
- No head first slides at home.
- NO SUICIDE SQUEEZE PLAYS.
- No Slashing
- Catcher must wear a fully protected helmet.

- Players must slide to avoid contact if player does not slide, player is out.
- Once a pitcher is removed from pitching, he may not come back to pitch.
Pitch Count Rules
60 pitches max per game
61+ pitches= 4 days rest
51-60 pitches=3 days rest
36-50 pitches=2 days rest
21-35 pitches=1 days rest
1-20 pitches = 0 days rest

Protest and Forfeits
A protest may only be made on rules infractions NOT judgment calls. All protests must be made to the umpire and chief prior to the next pitch, play or attempted play. The protest must be followed in writing along with a $100.00 protest filing fee. If the protest is upheld, the fee will be refunded.
General Rules
- Only coaches and a scorekeeper are allowed in dugouts.
- NO manager or coach may smoke in dugouts or on the field.
- Any player or manager ejected from game will serve a minimum one game suspension and must leave the ball park.
- Each team must have their own scorekeeper.
- All players must be in complete uniform to play including socks, shirt, belt, pants and hat.
